Trust Members oversee the achievement of the company objectives; appoint new Trustees; can amend the articles of the company and hold the land and buildings in trust.
The Trustees have strategic oversight and accountability of the MAT (Multi-Academy Trust) and they delegate responsibilities to the LAC (Local Advisory Committee).
The schools within Prosper Learning Trust have a track record of strong governance and leadership delivering high quality education with a strong pedagogy based in academic excellence in both primary and secondary specialist education.
