Newcastle Bridges School Achieves Gold Better Health at Work Award

In 2022, Newcastle Bridges School achieved the Silver Better Health at Work Award. Since then, we have been dedicated in supporting staff health and wellbeing, and are delighted to announce that we have now achieved the Gold Better Health at Work Award.

The report stated: “Newcastle Bridges School have provided a strong submission at Gold Level of the Better Health at Work Award by evidencing strong systems, policies and processes to support good workplace health. At the assessment, members of the Leadership Team demonstrated a commitment to a proactive approach to workplace health, supporting with resource and participation in campaigns and activities.”

The school’s Leadership Team would like to thank the school’s Health Advocates for their determination and great effort in achieving the Gold Award and making Newcastle Bridges School a healthy place to work.
