Pride Celebrations

In honour of Pride Month, Ferndene students have engaged in a variety of lessons and activities this half term.

Students have studied the meanings of various flags in PSHE, along with some background information on the Pride movement's evolution over time.

Additionally, the students created flags representing their own accomplishments.

In Art, students studied colour theory and how different colours relate to different words and emotions, drawing inspiration from the Pride flag's colours.
