Newcastle Bridges School Collaborates with Ovingham First School to Create a New Outdoor Learning Space
Return to Latest News
Newcastle Bridges School has partnered with Ovingham First School to construct a mud kitchen for Ovingham's Key Stage Two pupils, in order to "inspire creativity and adventure".
This project was lead by outdoor learning teacher Joe Edgoose, and was assisted by Newcastle Bridges School at Kenton pupils, as well as support staff member Angela Senior. The scaffolding boards and pallets were kind donations, and the new area will provide the opportunity for more challenges for pupils and a way to create imaginative play.
